Yes! Most of our products, including our fuzzy wire creations, are handmade with care in the Philippines. Please expect slight, charming variations that make each piece unique.

Shipping & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard rates typically start at ₱100 for Metro Manila and ₱200 for Provincial areas.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Following DTI guidelines, we allow returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of receipt. Please record an unboxing video as proof to help us process your request faster.

Under Philippine law (RA 7394), returns for a “change of mind” are not mandatory and are generally not accepted for handmade or custom goods.
